One NZ onboarding experience
Designing a journey of transformation, togetherness and growth.
With Vodafone returning home to become One NZ, we worked with their team to revolutionise the future of their employee onboarding program.
We transformed what was a one day event, into a fully immersive and meaningful experience that unfolds over 100 days. Inspiring each new starter and employee with all that One NZ stands for — in ways true to the nature of Aotearoa itself.
My role as the lead designer was to craft custom 3D models of native NZ flowers and use them as the hero piece of the experience across a multitude of executions across the launch.
I modeled them from scratch based on our clients specifications and rendered them with Cinema 4D + Octane.
We were awarded two gold pins at the Designers Institute of NZ Best Awards 2023 for Design Craft + Business Communication.
