I created this music video to test the Ae plugin Plexus. I wanted to see the behaviour of the graphics when programmed to be reactive with audio. Although the fine tuning of the motion was reliant on the code, the movements of shapes and patterns were synchronized with the sound perfectly to create the abstract geometrical music video. The video was created specifically for the particular song. As the track has bass heavy sections that run in conjunction with smooth synths, I wanted to create a moving body that would highlight the song's undulating features. The contrast between the composition between sections of the track resonates with the songs features and as a final product, has the coherency of a full length Music Video.
